Paul Heinen

Paul Heinen is a seasoned purchasing professional with extensive experience in procurement and sales. Currently serving as a Purchasing Agent at Texas Disposal Systems since August 2022, Paul previously held the position of Purchasing Manager at Empire Communities from October 2020 to July 2022. Prior to that, Paul was the Assistant Purchasing Manager at Palm Harbor Homes for over a year and worked as an Onsite Sales Counselor at KB Home for nearly a year. Earlier roles include participation in a Sales and Leadership Development Program at Moore Supply Co., an internship at Benchmark Landscapes, and a Community Assistant position at Campus Advantage. Paul began his career in technology support at Lake Travis ISD. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University in 2016.
