Crystal Harris has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries and roles. Crystal started their career in 2006 as a Branch Manager at Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star. In 2007, they became the Community Relations Manager at AccessHealth Community Health Center, where they managed public relations, marketing, and advertising efforts. Crystal joined Fluor Corporation in 2012 as a Community & Public Affairs Communications Specialist III, responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies. In 2019, Crystal joined TDECU as the Director of Community Development, overseeing community giving, charitable sponsorships, and volunteer programs. Additionally, they held a role as a General Education Development (GED) Instructor at Houston Community College from 2008 to 2011. Crystal has a strong background in community relations, communications, and public affairs.
Crystal Harris completed their education in Communications and Public Relations. From 2000 to 2004, they attended The University of Texas at San Antonio and obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Following that, they pursued further education at the University of Houston, where they obtained their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Communications and Public Relations from 2004 to 2006.
