Kristina Sterling Ed.d.

Kristina Sterling Ed.D. is a dedicated educational professional with extensive experience across various roles in the field of education. Currently, Kristina serves as Co-Founder of ABSA Cares, a nonprofit focused on providing sports resources to underserved communities and fostering cultural exchanges for lower-income youth. In addition, Kristina holds positions as Educator Success Manager at Passage Preparation and Curriculum Manager at Equity & Beyond. Kristina is also an Advisory Committee Member for the Educator Preparation Program at the Texas Education Agency and works as an Educational Consultant at KCS Educational Consulting and Professional Development. Previous roles include Professorial Lecturer at American University and Lead Clinical Faculty for Special Education at Urban Teachers. Kristina holds a Doctor of Education in Transformative Leadership from the University of New England, a Master’s Degree in Education Teacher Leadership from Lamar University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of North Texas.
