Julia Harvey

Julia Harvey currently serves as the Vice President of Government Relations and Regulatory Affairs at Texas Electric Cooperatives since April 2018, after previously holding the position of Director of Regulatory Affairs. Prior experience includes time at the Public Utility Commission of Texas from 2013 to April 2018 as the Director of Wholesale Market Policy and Wholesale Markets Analyst, where policy development support for ERCOT's wholesale electricity market was provided. Additional roles include Energy Analyst at Frontier Associates, LLC, Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas System, National Security Intern at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, and Research Fellow at Idaho National Laboratory. Julia Harvey holds a Master of Arts in Geosciences from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Public Affairs from the LBJ School of Public Affairs, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University.
