Mariana Aguirre serves as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store offering organic products for body care and environmental sustainability since August 2020. In addition to this role, Mariana has been actively working as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes owning and managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a Nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diploma in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
