Caroline's earlier experience includes a Marketing Manager position at General Mills from September 2010 to September 2016, responsible for the savory snacks portfolio and overseeing HMM efforts. Prior to that, Caroline worked as an Associate Marketing Manager developing new business models for the snacks division. Initial experience as a Digital Marketing Communications Consultant at NetResults Srl was held from August 2007 to January 2010. Caroline holds a BA in Business/Commerce from The University of Dallas and studied at Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business.
