Kelsey Gocke is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as Supervisor of Environmental Permitting at Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP since November 2021, following a role as Environmental Specialist. Prior to this, Kelsey worked as Project Scientist at Golder from September 2020 to November 2021 and as ES&H Environmental Specialist at Targa Resources from June 2019 to May 2020. Additional experience includes a position as Environmental Specialist at Perennial Environmental Services and as Fish and Wildlife Biologist with the US Fish and Wildlife Service, where Kelsey co-led the recovery efforts for the Kemp's Ridley sea turtle and conducted consultations under the Endangered Species Act. Kelsey also completed an internship as Inland Fisheries Biologist with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. Kelsey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Sciences from Coastal Carolina University, attained in 2006.
