Judson Scott

Judson Scott is a highly experienced legal and military professional with a strong background in administrative law and veteran affairs. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Veterans' Land Board of the State of Texas since August 2019, Judson oversees critical operations related to funding for Texas veterans' housing and care facilities. As the Past Chair of the National Conference of the Administrative Law Judiciary, accomplishments include fostering partnerships with national associations and implementing a new membership initiative. Previously, Judson held a legal practice as the owner of a civil litigation firm, served as a Federal Administrative Law Judge, and completed a distinguished 35-year career as a Rear Admiral in the United States Navy. Judson holds a JD, cum laude, from Santa Clara University School of Law and a BA in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
