Joel Risser

Joel Risser is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in treasury services and digital banking. Currently serving as VP - Treasury Services Manager and Digital Banking Coordinator at Texas Gulf Bank, N.A. since July 2015, Joel previously held the position of AVP - Treasury Services Assistant Manager. Prior to Texas Gulf Bank, Joel was the Owner/Operator of The Valet Guys from August 2012 to April 2018 and served as Assistant Community Bank Manager II at Mutual of Omaha Bank from September 2014 to July 2015. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Relationship Banker at BOK Financial from August 2008 to April 2014 and a summer accounting internship at Apache Corporation in 2005. Joel Risser studied at Oklahoma State University from 2005 to 2006.
