Robert van Gilder

Robert Van Gilder, CPA, MBA, currently serves as the Interim Chief Financial Officer at Texas Health Action, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, where responsibilities include successfully leading the completion of the annual budget. Van Gilder has extensive experience in financial leadership roles, having previously acted as Interim CFO for Midwest Refuah Health Center and held the CFO position at TimeDoc Health and PrimeCare Community Health, both of which focus on providing quality care to underserved populations. Prior experience includes roles such as Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Livongo and Oak Street Health, where skills in managing financial operations, driving operational efficiencies, and supporting revenue growth were developed. Van Gilder’s educational background includes an MBA in Finance from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, alongside experience teaching as an adjunct professor at St. Louis University.
