Laura Irvine serves as senior executive vice president and chief experience officer, focused on fostering Texas Health’s overall consumer experience, developing new products and services, and facilitating a unified strategic road map and priorities.

Irvine oversees system efforts to partner with consumers for a lifetime of health and well-being while also driving growth to sustain the organization for generations to come. Texas Health’s Brand Experience, Product Development, Consumer Strategy and Market Insights, System Transformation, and Enterprise Data and Analytics teams report to Irvine.

A longtime leader in the Dallas-Fort Worth healthcare market, Irvine previously served as executive vice president and chief network strategy officer at Baylor Scott & White Health, where she led enterprise strategy and growth, business development, payor strategy, value based care and the BSW Quality Alliance. She also held the position of chief administrative officer for Medical City Healthcare’s North Texas Division.

Irvine grew her career at Methodist Health System in a variety of roles over two decades, from administrative resident to hospital president and on to executive vice president of integration and alignment.

A native of Waco, Irvine earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Baylor University and a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Trinity University.
