William Moore

William Moore, PhD, currently serves as Vice President at Youth Development Strategies Inc. since January 2024 and has been a Principal at The Strategy Group since June 2017, where expertise includes strategy design, community engagement, and evaluation for nonprofit and philanthropic clients. Additionally, since November 2017, William Moore has held the position of Senior Fellow at the Midwest Center for Nonprofit Leadership at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and has served as Senior Associate/SME - Rural Health at Texas Health Institute since September 2022, focusing on rural public health and community engagement. Previously, William Moore was a Commissioner for the Human Relations Commission in the City of Olathe and held leadership roles at The REACH Healthcare Foundation and the Institute for Research and Reform in Education. William Moore earned a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from The University of Kansas.
