David Tesmer

David Tesmer has a work experience that spans over several years. David started their career in 1993 as an Assistant to the City Manager at the City of Grapevine Texas. In 1995, they moved on to Texas Health Resources, where they held various roles including Senior Vice President, Community Engagement and Advocacy, and Chief Community and Public Policy Officer.

David Tesmer completed their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas Tech University from 1979 to 1983. Following this, they pursued a Masters in Public Administration at the same institution from 1983 to 1985.
