Deborah Paganelli

Deborah Paganelli, FACHE, is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in hospital administration. Currently serving as President of Texas Health HEB, a non-profit acute care hospital with 325 licensed beds, and also as President of Texas Health Stephenville, a 98-bed acute care facility, since April 2004. Prior to this, Deborah held the position of Chief Operations Officer at Alice Regional Hospital, a publicly owned 138-bed acute care hospital, from March 2002 to April 2004. Deborah earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology/Chemistry from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master's Degree in Health Care Administration/Management from Texas Woman's University.
