Garrard Sims possesses extensive experience in information security and systems management, currently serving as a Tech SOC Engineer at Texas Health Resources since April 2018. Previous roles include Analyst in the Utility & Energy sector and as a Systems Administrator at General Dynamics Information Technology, where responsibilities encompassed network support and security solutions. Garrard also served as a Network Systems Support Technician at Abacus Technology and held significant management positions in the Air Force Space Command, overseeing teams and command systems worth $34 million. Garrard holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Security from the University of Phoenix and an Associate Degree in Information System Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
