Janet Gardner

Janet Gardner, RN, PhD, is an accomplished healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing, data analysis, and business performance. Since December 2005, Janet has been a Senior Business Performance Analyst at Texas Health Resources, with a focus on electronic health record support and data analysis within the Strategic Integration and Innovation Department. Previous experience includes roles at Richardson ISD and Baylor University Medical Center, where Janet worked extensively with post-heart transplant patients and in the Emergency Department. Janet holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Statistics and Research Methods from the University of North Texas and a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Community Health and Biostatistics from UNT Health Science Center, along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, Janet is certified in Clinical Documentation with EPIC.
