Karla Gray

Karla Gray, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, is a seasoned healthcare professional currently serving as the Employee Health Manager at Texas Health Resources and the Manager of Employee Health Services at Texas Health HEB Hospital, roles held since December 2012. With extensive experience in quality improvement and employee safety based on CDC and OSHA standards, Karla also contributed as an Academic Coach at Instructional Connections and has a background in telephonic case management at United Healthcare/Optum Health.
