Bernie Chance has been working as a Nurse Practitioner at Texas Heart Institute since March 2014, where they are responsible for opening a new transitional care unit for cardiovascular patients. Prior to this, they served as a Nurse Practitioner at Woodlands Internists from August 2006 to December 2013. They hold a Master's degree in Registered Nursing from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. In addition to their professional roles, Bernie has also been a stay-at-home mom since January 2014.
