Nasir is spearheading THI’s IT department operation and continued growth across the organization. He is responsible for all aspects of Information Technology – Infrastructure, Applications, Networking & Security, Storage, and Support.
Nasir is a proven executive in technology industries with over 15 years of leadership experience in Customer Service and IT and has worked for large companies prior to joining Texas Heart Institute including IBEX Global, Liberty Automobiles, and Hewlett Packard. Earlier in his career, and prior to moving to Houston, Nasir was a CRM Manager at a rapidly growing global BPO and Automotive sector. Under his leadership at Liberty Automobiles, the company achieved the highest customer satisfaction scores and Dealer standards in the region. He joined Texas Heart in 2015 as Desktop Support Analyst II and grew rapidly in his role as Systems Analyst in 2016. His ability to perform well and commitment to quality are credentials that make him a valuable leader at Texas Heart Institute.
