Chris M. Sica is a seasoned business leader with a proven track record in finance, strategy, and operations. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CFO of Texas Hill Country Provisions since December 2021, Chris previously held the roles of Chief Revenue Officer and Lead Strategist at The Ronin Society, where expertise was applied to enhance businesses in the Small to Middle Market through Private Equity best practices. As Co-Founder and CFO/COO of Austin Coding Academy, Chris contributed to its growth into the largest coding bootcamp in Texas. Additional experience includes Director of Business Development at Vestorly and co-founding an innovative startup in college textbook wholesaling. Chris's career commenced at Southwestern Advantage, where leadership and sales management skills were honed. Educational credentials include a Product Management Certificate from Product School and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Richmond.
