Erika Ramirez is currently the Senior Director of Health Policy at the Texas Hospital Association. Prior to this role, Erika served as the Policy and Advocacy Director at the Texas Women's Healthcare Coalition and as a Senior Advisor at the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. Erika has a strong background in health policy, with experience in researching connections between housing and healthcare, analyzing federal regulations on Medicaid and CHIP, and coordinating events related to behavioral health policy. Erika holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus in Health Policy from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin.
