Fernando has also held positions such as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Jackson Health System and Chief Information Officer at Cayman Islands Health Services Authority. Fernando holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and Administration from Keiser University, as well as a MS in Information Technology/Security from Nova Southeastern University, and a BS in Information Technology from Barry University.
