Amit Dhawan

Amit Dhawan, PMP, has extensive experience in program and project management, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager and PMO Director at Texas Instruments since December 2002. In this role, Amit leads a cross-functional team in the Industrial Control Systems business unit, with responsibilities including portfolio management, stakeholder alignment, and budget oversight. Previous positions at Texas Instruments involved managing complex System-on-Chip designs for automotive applications and launching an offsite Design Center in India. Amit began the career as a Systems Backup Engineer at Halliburton. Educational qualifications include an Executive Education Certificate in Finance & Accounting from Rice University and two degrees in Electrical Engineering (M.S. and B.S.) from the University of Houston.
