Erika Beskar

Erika Beskar has over 18 years of experience in information technology and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Information Technology Infrastructure at Texas Instruments since May 2005. With a strong background in validation engineering and automation, Erika has held various roles at Texas Instruments, including Business Lead for Protection Devices and Validation & Test Director. Previous positions include Validation and Automation Manager and Validation Engineer, showcasing extensive expertise in silicon validation, automation, and measurement. Before Texas Instruments, Erika worked as a Senior Software Engineer Consultant at Sanmina-SCI and as a Software Engineer at White Rock Networks, developing functional test code and GUIs. Erika holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Communications from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
