Fei Yang

Fei Yang is a seasoned professional in electrical and electronics engineering with extensive experience in GaN and SiC power electronics. Currently serving as the Business Lead for GaN Products at Texas Instruments, Fei Yang oversees marketing, systems, and applications for automotive GaN solutions. Previous roles include System Application Manager and System Engineer within the same company, as well as Graduate Research Assistant positions at The University of Texas at Dallas and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Fei Yang holds a PhD and an MS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas and the University of Tennessee, respectively, along with a BS from Northwestern Polytechnical University. Notable projects include the development of advanced measurement circuits for GaN HEMTs and integrated power modules for SiC MOSFETs, showcasing a commitment to innovation in power electronics.
