Jori Psencik-Cohen

Jori Psencik-Cohen is a seasoned talent acquisition and development leader with extensive experience at Texas Instruments since July 2012, holding various leadership roles focused on global talent acquisition execution, compliance, and diversity recruiting strategy. Notable achievements include the redevelopment of a global diversity recruiting strategy and effective management of university recruiting efforts across multiple prestigious institutions. Prior to this, Jori held significant positions at the National Society of Hispanic MBAs, enhancing scholarship program efficiency and member services, and has experience in academic advising and enrollment management at Nova Southeastern University and the University of Texas at Dallas. Jori holds a BA in Geography from Texas State University and an MS in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Nova Southeastern University.
