Kedar Chitnis

Kedar Chitnis is a seasoned software engineer and architect with extensive experience in embedded systems and software development. Currently serving as a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at Texas Instruments since November 2024, Kedar has previously held leadership roles at Iontra Inc as Director/Principal Engineer in Embedded Software and at Google as a Staff Software Engineer. Kedar's notable contributions at Texas Instruments, where employment spanned from July 2001 to September 2021, include the conceptualization and leadership of several high-performance software platforms for microcontrollers and advanced driver assistance systems, as well as significant involvement in digital imaging products. Kedar holds a Master of Technology in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from VESIT, University of Mumbai.
