Lynn Clark

Lynn Clark serves as the EMEA HR Director at Texas Instruments since December 2006, bringing extensive HR expertise to roles including HR Director for the UK & Ireland and HR Manager. Lynn's experience encompasses cross-functional management for approximately 250 staff across engineering, technical, and professional teams, serving as a key HR liaison for design and manufacturing interactions with various global facilities. Previously, Lynn held multiple HR roles, including Graduate Recruitment & Development Manager at BAE Systems from June 2001 to November 2006, overseeing programs such as the International Fast Track Leadership Programme and the UK Graduate Development Programme. Lynn holds a BA in Business & Management from the University of the West of Scotland and is a Chartered Fellow with the CIPD, further complemented by education from Henley Business School.
