Satyam Kumar is currently a Machine Learning Systems Research Engineer at Texas Instruments and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. Previously, Satyam served as a Graduate Research Assistant in brain-computer interfaces under Prof. José del R. Millán and has completed research internships at InterDigital, Inria, and Télécom Bretagne. Satyam holds a dual B.Tech-M.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, where they also worked as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at ETH Zurich. Their research interests include deep learning, brain-computer interfaces, speech recognition, time-series analysis, human-robot interaction, and neuroengineering.
