Shannon Freeze

Shannon Freeze-Flory is an experienced HR and talent acquisition leader with a strong background in global benefits and HR operations. Currently serving as the Global Benefits and HR Operations Leader at Texas Instruments since March 2012, Shannon has successfully developed and implemented a regional shared services model, overseeing critical areas such as mobility, immigration, benefits, and employee administration. Prior to this role, Shannon held various positions at DuPont from October 2004 to March 2012, culminating as the Global Talent Acquisition Leader, where responsibilities included shaping the Human Capital strategy and leading recruitment efforts across multiple job categories. Additional experience includes a stint as a Senior Consultant at TWilliams Consulting and a Recruiter role at Contemporary Staffing. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in HRIM from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, completed in 1991.
