Tianyu Chang

Tianyu Chang is an Analog Design Lead at Texas Instruments, overseeing the development of next-generation battery monitoring chips since July 2023, after previously serving as an Analog Design Engineer at the company since February 2022. Additionally, Tianyu acts as an Industry Liaison between Texas Instruments and the Semiconductor Research Corporation, providing technical feedback on next-generation chargers and energy harvesters. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology from August 2017 to February 2022, where Tianyu pursued a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, complemented by an internship at Texas Instruments Kilby Labs in June 2020 focused on developing control architecture for multiphase buck converters. Tianyu holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Southeast University, earned from 2012 to 2016.
