Vera Cretcher

Vera Cretcher has extensive experience in tax compliance and management, currently serving as the Director of Tax Compliance and Technology at Texas Instruments since January 2016. Responsibilities include overseeing a team focused on US international tax compliance, managing tax risks, and collaborating with various business units to enhance processes. Prior roles include International Tax Compliance Sr. Manager and Tax Accounting Sr. Manager at Texas Instruments, as well as International Tax Manager at Genband, where Vera handled international tax computations and collaborated with external providers across multiple regions. Earlier experience includes positions at Hewlett-Packard and KPMG LLP, emphasizing expertise in international income tax and compliance. Vera holds a BS/MS in Accounting/Tax from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Харківський гуманітарний університет «Народна українська академія».
