Jad Shraim

Jad Shraim has a strong work experience in various roles and companies. Jad is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Texas Logistic & Fulfillment Services since May 2022. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at both Texas Medical Technology and iNitrile, starting in February 2021. Jad also held the position of CEO at Sourceline Medical Supply from March 2020 to June 2022. Before that, they worked at Broadridge, where they served as the MD - Global Market Leader from March 2019 to September 2020 and as the Director of Relationship Management from March 2018 to March 2019. Jad Shraim also worked as a Conversion Manager at Broadridge from April 2012 to January 2015. Jad began their career at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Cash Management Specialist from May 2006 to June 2008 and later worked as an Operations Manager from June 2008 to April 2012.

Jad Shraim holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, which was obtained between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the same institution, completing their studies between 2002 and 2006. In terms of additional certifications, Jad obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2014. Jad also achieved the Series 7- General Securities Representative certification from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in October 2011, alongside the Series 66 NASAA Uniform Combined State Law certification in September 2011. Furthermore, they obtained the Securities, Federally Registered Investment Adviser Notice Filing from FINRA in 2009.
