Lonnie Schaub

Lonnie Schaub is an experienced executive in the construction and materials industry, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Texas Materials since May 2023, focusing on performance management in the Gulf Coast Area. Prior to Texas Materials, Lonnie held the role of Vice President of Production and Vice President/General Manager for Central Florida at Preferred Materials, Inc. since February 2019. Lonnie's extensive background also includes significant leadership positions at Cadillac Asphalt LLC as General Manager of HMA and Division Manager, and at Michigan Paving & Materials Co. as Division Manager for commercial operations in Grand Rapids. Lonnie's career began at Rieth-Riley Construction Co., where management of asphalt plants and aggregate pits, along with overseeing a workforce of around 60 employees, constituted a key part of responsibilities from 1998 to 2011.
