Prior experience includes a position as a Technical Consultant at OpenLink Financial and a Research Assistant role at the University of Houston, where Carlos focused on Wireless Sensor Networks. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Network Communications from the University of Houston and an Engineer's degree in Computer Engineering from the Technological Institute of Chihuahua 2.
