Tim Grimaldi is a co-founder and managing director of CardMedic, a healthcare communication startup focused on enhancing patient safety and reducing health inequalities, active since April 2020. Tim's leadership has led CardMedic to receive recognition as one of Fast Company's World's Most Innovative Companies in 2023 and to be a member of the Texas Medical Center Innovation Programme. As a winner of the MassChallenge Health Tech Accelerator 2021 and a participant in the Department for International Trade's Digital Health Export Offer, Tim has positioned CardMedic as a leader in digital health. Tim also received a de-minimis COVID-19 grant from Innovate UK for the company's development. Prior to CardMedic, Tim served as co-managing director and non-executive director at Global Tailor Fashion Group and founded GM Digital, a communications agency. Tim Grimaldi holds a First-Class Honours degree in Communication & Psychology from Cardiff University and a Distinction in Art Foundation from the University of Brighton.
