Texas Medical Legal Consultants (TxMLC) facilitates the relationship between consulting/testifying medical experts and insurance carriers, law firms, and in-house counsel for pre-litigation and litigation cases. These services include verbal or written medical opinions, controverting affidavits, and independent medical evaluations. Our company provides case management and administrative services to assure all deadlines are met in a timely manner, which allows our medical experts and legal clients to concentrate on their specific roles. TxMLC also acts as a liaison between insurance carriers, law firms, and medical experts to reduce billable hours, lowers the risks of miscommunication.
