Cindy Arce-Shaddix has extensive experience in claims management and financial planning. For over three decades, Cindy has served as the Deputy Claims Manager and Litigation Manager at the Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool, starting in August 1989. Prior to this role, Cindy worked as a Financial Planner and Broker at Waddell & Reed from January 1987 to August 1989, where certifications in Series 6, 7, and 63 were obtained while providing financial advice on mutual funds, annuities, life insurance, and managed accounts. Cindy holds a degree in Marketing and Administrative Management from Texas Lutheran University (1982-1986) and completed the Texas Executive Education Program in Organizational Leadership at the Texas McCombs School of Business (2014-2015).
