Michele Brooks serves as the Lead Analyst - Business & Systems Management and Admin Supervisor for the Liability/Property Department at the Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool since November 2015, overseeing internal business reporting and departmental process improvements while supervising a small team. Prior to this role, Michele held various positions, including Chair of the State Bar College Membership Review Ad Hoc Committee and Senior Paralegal at Texas Municipal League IRP. With extensive experience in the legal field as a paralegal in several firms and leadership roles in the Capital Area Paralegal Association, Michele has demonstrated expertise in compliance, litigation, and software integration. Michele holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Columbia Southern University and an AAS in Paralegal from Tarrant County College.
