Jacqueline Redin is an experienced professional with a strong background in member services, program development, and event management within the public sector. Currently, as the Assistant Director of Member Services at the Texas Municipal League since October 2008, Jacqueline has played a key role in planning and managing educational events for city officials, including negotiating contracts and handling logistics for the TML Annual Conference. Prior roles include Affiliate Services Coordinator and Regional Sales Coordinator at Pearson, along with a position as Sales Coordinator at Harcourt Assessment. Jacqueline holds a Master of Public Affairs from The LBJ School of Public Affairs and a B.S. in Communication Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
