Sarah Carney

Sarah Carney currently serves as the Community Affairs Program Manager at Texas Mutual Insurance Company, a position held since February 2021. Prior to this role, Sarah held several positions at Service Corporation International from August 2011 to January 2021, including Central Cities Campaign Manager, Campaign Manager, and Communications Specialist & Special Events Coordinator. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a Freelance Reporter at KVUE Media Group, work as an English Teacher at both Caledonian School and OWLS Co., Ltd., and various roles at KVII-TV, where Sarah was a Reporter, Anchor, and Producer from July 2005 to July 2008. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from Texas Tech University and participated in a study abroad program focused on British Literature and Cinema at Richmond, The American International University in London.
