Dr. April M. Butler

Dr. April M. Butler currently serves as the Manager of Pharmacy Services at Texas Oncology since October 2023 and has been a Staff Pharmacist at UT Health East Texas since September 2021. Previous roles include Clinical Pharmacist Consultant at PharmD Live from March 2020 to April 2023, Outpatient Staff Pharmacist at Baylor Scott & White Health from September 2018 to November 2022, and Clinical Staff Pharmacist at Methodist Health System from 2017 to December 2021. Dr. Butler also held the position of Director of Pharmacy Services at PharmaCare Services from September 2018 to March 2020. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a Master of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Texas Southern University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Biology/Pre-Medicine from The University of Texas Austin.
