Mina Guirguis

Mina Guirguis, PharmD, MBA, is an experienced pharmacy professional currently serving as the Oncology Pharmacy Operations and Research Manager at Texas Oncology since February 2021. Mina manages daily pharmacy operations across various departments, including chemotherapy and research, and oversees staff development and scheduling for a team of pharmacists and technicians. Previously, Mina held the position of Lead Clinical Staff Pharmacist at Memorial Hermann Health System, contributing to the development of a new hospital pharmacy and implementing essential workflows for pharmacy operations. Additional experience includes roles as Pharmacist in Charge at multiple pharmacies, a Clinical Pharmacist for Medicare Part D at Xerox-ACS, and a tutor in math and science subjects. Mina holds a PharmD from Texas A&M University, an MBA with a concentration in Project Management from LSU Shreveport, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston.
