Marianela Lasa Mpa

Marianela Lasa, MPA, is an experienced professional in the field of organ donation and non-profit management. Currently serving as a Clinical Quality Analyst II at Texas Organ Sharing Alliance since September 2019, Marianela previously worked as a Donation Development Coordinator at OneLegacy, focusing on enhancing organ, eye, and tissue donation processes in partnership with hospitals. Prior roles include Major Gifts Coordinator at St. Jude Memorial Foundation, where Marianela supported donor retention and acquisition initiatives, and Graduate Student Assistant at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, gaining experience in database management and customer service.
