Amanda Wilson

Amanda Wilson is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and media production. Currently serving as a News Network Producer and Communications Coordinator at the Texas Organizing Project since April 2023, Amanda previously held the position of Communications and Legislative Aide at the NYC Council from January 2022 to March 2023. Prior roles include communications and research at the DC Green Bank, a public relations internship at IMPACT Strategies, and programming manager at WHUR 96.3 FM HD1, where Amanda oversaw a team and developed radio content. Amanda also possesses internship experience in policy development at MultiState and was an intern at WHUR 96.3 FM HD1 during earlier studies. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Image Management from Howard University, along with an IB Diploma from Humble High School.
