Michael Kolek CLS, MLA II, MLT, currently serves as Vice President of Lubricants and Lubricants Division Manager at Texas Pride Fuels since May 2017, focusing on enhancing lubrication reliability through effective management practices. Prior to this, Michael spent over 12 years at Marine Corps Recruiting, where roles included Regional Executive Sales Manager and Trainer, overseeing compliance and regional performance, as well as Sales Training Director, responsible for the training of over 160 sales professionals. Michael's early career included various managerial positions within the US Marine Corps, emphasizing antiterrorism and force protection. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Sales and Marketing from the University of North Texas and an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts from American Military University.
