Natalie Kaharick is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in educational management and nonprofit operations. Currently, Kaharick serves as the Chief Executive Officer and previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer at the Texas Public Charter Schools Association, focusing on financial stewardship and strategic operations. Prior roles include Trainer and Consultant at TLEX North America, Director of Human Resources at Collegiate Academies, and Acting CEO & Chief Operating Officer at New Orleans College Prep, where Kaharick managed significant organizational transitions and implemented key retention strategies. Kaharick also has a background in program coordination and disaster relief, particularly with the Art of Living Foundation and the International Association for Human Values. Educational credentials include an M.B.A. from Louisiana State University and a B.A. in Art History from Duquesne University.
