Kitty Eisele

Kitty Eisele is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in podcasting, journalism, and education. Currently serving as the Podcast Host and Executive Producer at Texas Public Radio since August 2020, Eisele leads "Twenty-Four Seven: A Podcast About Caregiving," which garnered 100,000 subscribers in its first season. Concurrently, Eisele is an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University, teaching advanced journalism and non-fiction seminars. At NPR, Eisele holds the position of Senior Editor, overseeing long-form interviews and narratives, including contributions to the culture podcast "It's Been a Minute." Past roles include producing the podcast "Jim Wallis In Conversation" for Audible, and serving as a Supervising Editor on NPR's flagship shows and special projects. Eisele's early career highlights include producing the Emmy Award-winning series "The Civil War" for PBS.
