Akilan Arumugham

Akilan Arumugham is a highly experienced medical professional specializing in radiology. Currently serving as a Staff Physician at Texas Radiology Associates since February 2016, Akilan previously held the same position at Radiology Consultants of North Dallas, P.A. from September 2004 to February 2016. Akilan began a career in academics as an Assistant Professor at Vanderbilt University Medical Center from September 2002 to September 2004. Akilan's education includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, completed in 2001, and a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania, obtained in 1992. Additional training includes time at UT Health San Antonio, Baylor College of Medicine, and Western Pennsylvania Hospital.
