David Penney, P.E. is currently the Director of Reliability Services at Texas Reliability Entity, Inc. David has previously served in various engineering and management roles at companies such as Samsung Austin Semiconductor and LCRA. Additionally, David retired as a Lieutenant Colonel from the United States Air Force after 29 years of service where David held the position of Commander for the 273 Information Operations Squadron. David holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
